Also it has a main oven which is like any old oven. It is fairly spacious and can accommodate a lot of food, which is especially wonderful for our large Thanksgiving dinners. Another plus for Thanksgiving is that it features a setting for "Perfect Turkey" and it actually finishes cooking when the popper comes out almost simultaneously.
This stove saves electricity because when it is not used it goes into sleep mode, so it actually lowered my electricity bill. The range is so elegant looking; it does not look out of place in my kitchen. The broiler works precisely like a grill and we actually got rid of our grill since we had no use for it any longer. The broiler made food exactly like our $2,000 grill.
Some advantages to electric ovens in most cases are that water actually boils faster than with a gas stove. Also, the stove distributes heat so well that you do not have to move your food around the oven to brown both sides evenly. It makes cooking so straightforward, even my hubby can't ruin our dinner with this oven. Finally, sauces are also simmered more steadily because the electricity is evenly distributed.
The oven underneath is quite roomy and holds around 6 cubic feet so it can hold a large volume of food just like any typical oven. Another key quality is that I am able to preset different meals and temperatures so that I just hit the button and it cooks that meal automatically. The surface top is so easy to clean up. It used to take so long to clean up my old stove, the grates were so tough to scrub, but this doesn't have grates, so you can just wipe the top of the range.
So just to summarize, this has been the best electric kitchen range I have had and used. It is a bit expensive at $2,600 dollars, but it pays for itself. It is so simple to use, anyone can use it. It is so far beyond the current electric ranges out there that makes it a must have for cooking.
