Having white furniture, white walls as well as white floors will make your room look quite sterile - same as a hospital room. This is not the way many folks would prefer to stay.
Another careful attention is to not put white furniture in a young boy's room. I have already made this fault and you shouldn't! When the white furniture becomes a little soiled, it appears awful. It can be quite hard to keep it clean, particularly with a young boy climbing on it most of the time.
